1905 Nueces St, Austin, TX 78705Directions (opens in new tab)Located at 1905 Nueces St, Halstead operates floors 1, 2, 4, and 5 (the 3rd floor contains the Nueces Apartment Co-op). Halstead provides members with dedicated quiet study rooms, a member fitness room, and warm member-cooked daily meals.
The center of the building has a large open courtyard with picnic areas, hammocks, and a basketball hoop. Around the outside of the building, enjoy panoramic views of the UT Tower and Texas State Capitol from our covered patios. We also have a soundproofed music practice room, and two different community TV rooms with stadium seating.
For the upcoming year, our Laurel and Halstead operations at our 1905 Nueces St property are unified under the Halstead name. Members enjoy access to expanded quiet study areas, Capitol and UT Tower views, member fitness center access, and shared dinners.
